Now that Twitter has the same picture app you can post your pictures from your phone directly to Twitter.
 
With the same techniques described in previous post on how to get more followers on Instagram, you can now use that information for Twitter.
 
You want to give people a reason to follow you as well as keep coming back to your page.  People will either come back for more entertainment or more information.

Simply download the Twitter app
And
Every time you share a picture or video on Instagram, share the same picture or video to Twitter.
 
You want to use Hash tags as well to come up in searches.
 
Also giving shout outs on Twitter is another great way to get shout out and more followers.
