There is one main cause in jealous and insecurity in men

Violation of trust

Once trust has been violated in the mind of the man, it causes a surge of insecurity as well as jealousy.

Violation of trust is more in the mind of the man.
That can be in the form of hardcore cheating,
Sex
Intimate acts such as kissing, touching, etc.
Intimate conversations
Inappropriate text messages
Excessive calls or conversations
Attention

Attention is the more underrated than others.  Ladies, if we as men feel like you are more interested or pay more attention to other men or even show other men attention, we become jealous.

These things can make guys nervous and uneasy about things that would be normally no big deal.
Your phone rings “who is it”
Your phone gets a text “who is that”
You follow someone new on social network “who is that”
You are out and about “with whom”

But you can change all of that.

How???

Give him a reason to believe
This will also depend on the guy.  He has to be willing to trust again.
If he loves you, he wants to trust you.

So How???

Be OVER honest

Tell him what he needs to hear.

Example
If you are going out with a friend for lunch, tell him you are going out with a friend before you go or he even asked you what you are going to do today.

Don’t down play anything.
It’s always a reason for down play.
This is one of those things that can come off as being sneaky.

Don’t Lie
Do I even need to say anything more on this?

Don’t hide things.
If you have a lock on your phone and you have already violated his trust in any form, this will cause a major problem between yal.

Communicate
If an issue is swept under the rug, it will resurface again.  Many times in a different form.

Hopefully this has helped some of you.

Trust is not impossible to get back.  It just takes a little work on both parts.

Remember nothing happens over night.
Keep communicating and if it’s meant to be, it will be.
