1.) I need you to go through the list and select the top options you want to go see in person.
2.) Contact me via email, phone, or text with the list of apartments you want to tour and when you plan to take apartment tours
3.) I will update the pricing the day before or day of so the prices are accurate and the units are still available for your time frame (prices and availability change daily). I will be sure you get the best deal!!
4.) Take your apartment tours and be sure PROMOVE or LOCATOR is on your guest card and application if you decide to apply for me! Remember we work with almost all apartments so if its not on the list we still most likely work with them!
5.) Let me know the good news that you found a place and applied, apartments do NOT let me know anything. This way I can be sure everything goes smooth with your move. I can also check and see if you qualify for any GIFT CARDS
